2. Overview

This website is purely informational. There is no contact form, no newsletter, no advertising trackers and no embedded social media plugins. Personal data is only processed to the extent described below.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted by WordPress.com. The provider is Aut O’Mattic A8C Ireland Ltd., Business Centre, No.1 Lower Mayor Street, International Financial Services Centre, Dublin 1, Ireland (Automattic). When you visit the site, the host processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page visited, browser and operating system) in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. Data may be transferred to Automattic Inc. in the USA on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: automattic.com/privacy.

4. Statistics

WordPress.com creates anonymised visitor statistics for us (Jetpack Stats). IP addresses are only processed in shortened or pseudonymised form; we do not draw conclusions about individual persons. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Cookies

Only technically necessary cookies required to operate the site are set (§ 25(2) TDDDG).

6. Contact via email or Instagram

If you contact us by email or Instagram direct message, we process your details (e.g. name, message, contact details) to answer your request and, where applicable, to provide coaching or complete a purchase. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract or pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. For processing on Instagram, the privacy policy of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. also applies: privacycenter.instagram.com/policy. Health data you voluntarily share with us as part of coaching (e.g. weight, injuries) is only processed with your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

7. Links to other sites

This site contains links to Instagram, TikTok and, where applicable, payment providers. Only when you click a link are you taken to that provider’s site; the provider is responsible for data processing there.

8. Storage period

Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for its purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. 6 or 10 years for invoices).

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (ldi.nrw.de).
